Who you're actually talking to

One person, one desk.

Eden App Studio isn't a company. It's the name I put on the software I make — and when you email support, I'm the one who reads it.

About me

The honest version.

My name is Dillon. I live in New Westminster, British Columbia, and I build apps on my own time, by myself. Eden App Studio is a working name for that — not an incorporated business, not a registered company, and not a team. There's no office, no support department, and nobody else behind the curtain.

I mention this up front for two reasons. The first is that you deserve to know the scale of what you're relying on: if an app here saves your history, backs it up, or reminds you of something, one person wrote that code and one person maintains it. The second is that it's the good part. Nobody has to get approval to fix your bug. There are no investors to answer to, no growth targets that turn into ads, and no acquisition that changes the rules on you.

What I can promise is real: I read every message, I fix what's broken, and I'll tell you plainly when something isn't possible or isn't coming. What I can't promise is a five-minute response at 3 a.m., or that every good idea makes it in. That's the trade.

Get in touch

Email works best.

One address, read by a person, usually answered within a day.

Support & bugs

Something broken, confusing, or lost? Tell me what happened and what you expected. Bug reports get priority over everything else.

Ideas & feedback

Requests genuinely shape what ships next — several features in these apps exist because somebody wrote in and made the case for them.

Privacy & legal

Privacy questions, data requests, or anything legal — same address, and I'll answer it myself. See the privacy policy and terms.

Before you write

A few things worth knowing.

Include your device and app version if you can. “Daylark, Pixel 7, Android 15” turns an hour of guessing into a ten-minute fix.

I can't recover data I never had. These apps keep your content on your device, which means I have no copy of it. If something is lost and there's no backup or export, there's usually nothing on my end to restore — so please do export now and then.

Purchases are handled by the app stores. Refunds go through Google Play or the App Store, not through me. I'm happy to help you find the right page.

This isn't a crisis service. Daylark is a counter, not care. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone who can actually be there — a friend, a doctor, or a local crisis line. I'd rather say that plainly than let an app pretend otherwise.

Say hello.

Questions, bugs, ideas, or just to tell me what you're counting.
